Spare Part Service
Availability and consequently also the spare part management are an important criterion for the operation of power generation plants. Based on its own manufacturing capacities Babcock Borsig Service ensures a comprehensive supply and guarantees short reaction times and fast availability to its customers.
Our range of supply includes the following components: |
 Pressure parts: boilers, heat exchangers, condensers, pressure vessels, pipes and
pipe fittings
Furnace components: coal, oil and gas burners, ducts and pulverised fuel lines, grates
Machines and plant components: mills, fans, pumps, steam or gas turbines, motors,
compressors, feeders, gears, valves and fittings
Electrical plant components: cabling, connections, sub-distributions
Instrumentation and control systems: temperature, conductivity, pressure and flow
measurements and controls, waste gas as well as water analysis equipment,
electronic components, relays

Construction according to the state of current technology
Re-manufacture/repair, partly at our own workshops
Delivery (just-in-time deliveries for planned revisions)
